SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If an order is in stock, it will then be shipped immediately after processing.

If an item is pre-order or currently out of stock, please allow for the window of time indicated on the product page.

If there is ever a delay, an attempt will be made to inform you as soon as possible.

Once your order is successfully placed, you'll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

If you spot anything that needs adjusting in your order, don't worry! Get in contact with us at selfmaskaustralia@gmail.com. Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.

Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you've given us. We want your order to find its way to you stress-free! If an error in the address prevents delivery, we'll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee), so that you are able to place your order again.

Please note: Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Currently, we ship to the US, UK and Australia. We hope to ship to more places in the future as we grow. In the meantime, consider a parcel forwarding service if you are outside our zones. We aren’t affiliated with any services, but here is one that is recommended on reddit.
